At L’Oeil du Condroz, the natural surroundings are an integral part of the creative experience. The peaceful village, garden, orchard and Condroz landscapes provide room to listen, observe, write, compose or simply let an idea emerge.

We offer selected artists an independent residency space in the heart of a Condroz village. The idea is simple: provide a setting conducive to work and, when appropriate, bring artistic creation, the place and its audience together.
Each residency is shaped around the artistic project, its needs and what the venue can offer.
Create outdoors
Access to the garden, outdoor stage and orchard to work and explore new ideas according to the season.
Share
An opportunity for a public or private presentation at the end of the residency: a reading, concert or other event. Up to 200 people outdoors and 25 indoors.
