The event
Two instruments, one shared breath.
Between classical guitar and six-string cavaquinho, Kevin Seddiki and Matheus Donato create a remarkably close musical dialogue. Their strings answer and intertwine, producing textures that range from intimate to orchestral.
From Bach to the Beatles, via the masters of Brazilian choro, their repertoire combines composition and improvisation. A poetic, rhythmic and generous journey inspired by their album As Above, So Below, due for release in November 2026.
Kevin Seddiki
Classically trained guitarist Kevin Seddiki also explores jazz, improvisation and world music. His playing leaves ample room for tone, silence and musical encounters.
Matheus Donato
Brazilian musician Matheus Donato reimagines the traditional cavaquinho with six strings. He brings his roots in choro and samba into dialogue with a remarkable freedom of invention.
